That LED pattern indicates "No Disks Detected". See ReadyNAS LED Patterns
This either suggests disk failure or an issue with the chassis of some kind. Both are possibilities.
If the problem is the chassis (not the disks) then this procedure may help: ReadyNAS: Migrating disks from RAIDiator to OS 6 (note there would be some costs involved).

Thanks, I did see that first url but didn't quite understand - it's easier if one scrolls the window over to read it all!
