ReadyNAS Duo V2 - How to erase old NV+ drives

For anyone else trying to do this, I did discover that the ReadyNAS Duo V2 can in fact erase the old drives. I had to run it through Factory Default reset twice to get past the corrupt boot error, but then I was able to choose to erase the drives.
