If its a NV+ v2 its identical except for the extra 2 bays which allso gives you RAID levels 5 (Flex-RAID) support, and LCD display on front.

Edit: are you sure you have a duo v2 because in your profile it says Duo if you are not sure look here > http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/
Because if you have a Duo v1 then yes they are different.
