and in the body
La velocità della ventola 'Fan' nell'enclosure 'Internal' è inferiore alla soglia. (0 rpm).
I changed fan but I still got this email: can you help me?

Which model NAS and which firmware?
Can you send us your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
I use cobian backeup (what's a firmware? How can I see what's it?).
Model: Readynas 102.

mdgm is asking what firmware (software) your RN102 is running. You can see that in the web admin UI (on the system overview page). It starts with a "6" (for instance, 6.4.2).
