ReadyNas NV+ 1.0 always has been very slow

Thanks for your reply. I was looking at this page http://www.readynas.com/?p=310 that shows speeds possible of 30 MB/sec. I am only getting a fraction (small one) of that. I would be happy at 15 - 20 MB/sec. But, I am getting 3 and 4. That's the reason I feel the speed is very slow. Are my expectations unreasonable?
