ReadyNAS share consumed space always 0

I'm not seeing the space consumed by share or total space consumed by snapshots.

I used to be able to see it, but than i disabled and re-enabled 'Quota'.

Anyway to get it back?

  • Hello defcon84,

There is a possible problem with the OS of the NAS which an OS re-install or reflashing the firmware may address but the process will require a downtime on the NAS. It would need to scheduled downtime of the NAS . Also to be on the safe side I would recommend to have a backup of the contents of the NAS especially files that is used in production.

you should see it if quotas are enabled via the volume settings.

    Hello defcon84,

Have you tried using different browser and computer in accessing the Admin page? You may also want to reflash or upgrade the firmware of the NAS.

      Same issue on different browser.

Flashing and/or upgrading firmware is not possible at the moment. It's a production server.

And it wordt before I disabled and re-enabled 'Quota' on the volume.
