ReadyNAS NV+ (4.1.8) Turning Off on It's Own - Improper Shut
Hi All,
I have an urgent problem that I would like feedback on.
Our ReadyNAS keeps shutting down for some reason - no idea why.
We have switched out UPS units and still the unit shuts down on it's own - probably due to some power supply failure?
Just for reference on hardware, you can check out another thread I had going earlier:

Thanks for any feedback - the unit just says that it shut down unexpectedly in the logs...

What specifically do we do on the page that you have linked? There does not seem to be any options (on that old page) that refer to opening a support case, period. - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredIt includes links e.g. to https://my.netgear.com/myNETGEAR/support.asp where you can open an online support case.
