ReadyNAS NV+ can't see from Raidar after linked Gigabit Swit

Finally fixed the problem: Before change the IP from auto to fixed IP, must change the Global settings and Apply first. That means I have to use the auto assigned IP address as the fixed IP first, after check all other settings, change it to the IP address I wanted. I find that when you change both tab settings and Apply, the global settings were not saved properly.
