ReadyNAS NV+ defaulting to 192.168.168.168
Hi, today when logging into my desktop my ReadyNAS NV+ was not available and when unplugging/plugging in the network cable it is defaulting to 192.168.168.168 IP address. when i unplug the network ...
First of all, you don't need a crossover cable with the NAS (ever).
If you connect directly to the desktop you should be able to reach frontview by browsing to 192.168.168.168. Perhaps try that again with a normal cable.
