Thanks Jenny. So duff sectors HAS to be the disk unit and can't be the NAS?

    Hello nickb402,

     

    Yes in most cases. After you replace the disk, I suggest you also make sure you have the latest FW.

     

    Test also the disk that you will remove with a diagnostic tool.
