Support should be able to replace the PSU or send a replacement chassis if the unit is still under a HW warranty.
Put a spare disk in the replacement unit (if you get a replacement chassis), put a spare disk in (must not be from your array) and make sure that the firmware is at least as up to date as it was in your old unit, then power down, remove the spare disk and migrate your array across.
