UPDATE: Problem solved
Befaor I started throwing miney at this issue, I remembered about the memory. I ordered a cheap replacement of Amazon and installed today. The box wakes up and is running as normal now. Next step is to look to migrate my data to a new location.

Hi, thanks for your reply..
After I hit the power button, I get nothing after the initial flashing power light and the solid disk LEDs so I can't get this to get on my network for RAIDar to detect (unless there is something that would run in the background I'm unaware of). I attach a copy of the doc I followed regarding the LEDs (Row 4).
Yes, as part of my tinkering I tried a number of variations of disk insertions - The status display screen also does not light up so I do not get any feedback - Also the disks are not spinning.
So Sandisks seem to not be an issue then which is great - Does this now mean I should go for the USB recovery? If yes, where do I find the correct file I need? If no, anything else I should do?
Thanks so much,

The boot loader can communicate over the network, so please do try RAIDar. There is some risk in the USB recovery, so it's best to be certain that it is needed. https://kb.netgear.com/21400/RAIDiator-4-1-USB-Recovery-Tool

Really appreciate your time on this..
I did try this last night and restarted it again this morning as RAIDar didn't detect a thing so that was concerning.. Is there anything else that I could try? before going for the USB recovery?

One concern is that the "LED language" pdf doesn't specify your NV+. It lists other older NAS. I haven't seen any confirmation that all the codes apply to the NV+ as well.
Also, if TFTP boot recovery is needed, then your NAS should be on the network - since TFTP requires that. Have you disabled any internet security software (and antivirus) running on the PC?
I suggest trying this with the disks removed (but remember to label them by slot, as you do want to preserve the order).

That LED language pdf was the only one I was able to find, so I'm hopefully things wouldnt have changed drastically, but you're right.

Yes, but I'm not sure what's going on, orange eth port light is on with the occasional flash of green. I have windows and Mac, both tried with security off.

Yes, have tried this but the same issue. I dont seem to be able to interact with the box at all, even via USB (which I put in the back).
Using this:
https://kb.netgear.com/21400/RAIDiator-4-1-USB-Recovery-Tool
I am stopped near the end where it states: "Press and hold the power button on the front for approximately 20 seconds"
I am not getting any response from the box at all, no flashing lights, just 1 & 3 solid disks leds
Still scratching my head ..
