It looks to like disk 4 is failing.
I suggest downloading the full log zip file from the web UI, and asking one of the mods to analyze it. Send a Private Message (PM) to JohnCM_S or Marc_V with a downloadable link to the logs. Don't post them publicly. You can send a PM using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.

It seems that you have multiple disk failure already. its not only Disk 4 that's having error.
Under diagnostics.log shows the errors on your disks 1,2,3
Disks 1 and 4 already went out, while 2 and 3 have errors already. Do you have backup of your data? The best option right now is to check disks 1 and 4 to see if one or both can still be cloned. You may want to check on the disks by connecting it to a PC.
It would be best also if you contact Support and purchase a Pay-per-Incident Support so Experts will be able to assist you
Note: Data recovery service might be needed but since this is a multiple disks failure, Experts will do their best effort to try and get your data recovered.
Alternatively, you may want to try recovery tools like ReCLAIMe to recover data lost from your failed drives.
