ReadyNAS NV+ won't power up
My question is I bought it Jan of 2007 before Infrant was bought by NetGear. Do I still have a valid warranty with this unit? By power up, I mean it is dead. As if the power cord was not plugged in...
Kap, I added a note to your case (#13639683). Please phone them up again, give that case number. If they read the note I added, everything should be processed without issue.
