ReadyNAS NV+ won't power up
My question is I bought it Jan of 2007 before Infrant was bought by NetGear. Do I still have a valid warranty with this unit? By power up, I mean it is dead. As if the power cord was not plugged in...
Ok I called support and opened a case. At first hey wanted to charge me for a new power supply. After talking to a manager she said there would be no charge IF I sent the old power supply in first and then they would send me the replacement part.
Is this the way this particular issue is being handled or can I get the new part sent out to me first and then return the old part?
