ReadyNAS NV+ won't power up
My question is I bought it Jan of 2007 before Infrant was bought by NetGear. Do I still have a valid warranty with this unit? By power up, I mean it is dead. As if the power cord was not plugged in...

I'm in the US (Minnesota). I didn't get a case number, but was told my customer number is customer id:14205027.
Looks like my serial number is in the range. Just rechecked my serial number - last 4 numbers are 15xx which falls within the range. I was mistaken before.
