ReadyNAS NV+ won't power up
My question is I bought it Jan of 2007 before Infrant was bought by NetGear. Do I still have a valid warranty with this unit? By power up, I mean it is dead. As if the power cord was not plugged in...
It doesn't matter whether it's Infrant or NetGear (though if it's Infrant it's more likely that you purchased it earlier). The date of purchase is important and whether the serial number is in the range. Your serial number is in the range, so if it's out of warranty, I guess it's up to what NetGear in your region decides to do.
