ReadyNAS NV+ won't power up
My question is I bought it Jan of 2007 before Infrant was bought by NetGear. Do I still have a valid warranty with this unit? By power up, I mean it is dead. As if the power cord was not plugged in...

My old Infrant ReadNAS NV+ died yesterday. I bought it in early 2008. My serial number was within the recall range and it took less than 20 minutes to get the PSU RMA'd.
I got a person on the phone within 3 minutes (mostly navigating the options) she transferred me to a tech, was on hold for about 60 seconds, he approved the RMA and sent me right back to the original person to finish up.
I have to say that Netgear has some of the best support I have ever dealt with.
