ReadyNAS NVX Lost All Shares After Scan - 195934

It looks like I have the same/similar problem with all my shares now unavailable. Having successfully upgraded the disks from 4 x 500MB to 4 x 2TB and subsequently updated Radiator to 4.2.22 the system was working without problem. However the first scheduled File System Consistency Check failed reporting problems with the data volume and requesting a reboot to perform the full file system check. Subsequently, and after the reboot, the shares are now unavailable although showing but greyed out in Frontview.
Does anybody know any way to get these shares back into at least read only to recover this situation?
