Does this behavior being experienced if you are logged in as the "Admin" account? Does any of your (SSO) accounts are used as e-mail address in any of your local ReadyNAS users?

Thank you so much for your response and attempt to assist me. Unfortunately, I'm a bit confused by what you're asking and I'm not sure how to answer. When I originally setup the NAS, I created a ReadyCloud account for myself and, since I don't see that account in the admin page of my NAS, I'm guessing that ReadyCloud account was mapped to admin locally. I was recently forced to change to a MyNetGear account tied to my email address. Does that answer your questions?

I have and never have had other users on my two 102 and one 202 NAS. The problem occurred immediately on upgrading the two 102's to 6.5.1. One was local and one was remote when I did the upgrade. The upgrade was carried out using a \windows 7 client running the Readycloud app. Before the upgrade everything was operating correctly. My migration to a Mynetgear account went well except for the need to create new Windows credentials under Windows 10. But after that everything was fine in terms of use and administration on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 clients. Both the Readycloud app and portal operated correctly. Immediately on upgrading the 102's to 6.5.1 they appeared as "Offline" in both the Readycloud app and the portal when clearly they were not offline. Both continue to be operationally accessible to all client PC's all of which access the data as anonymous. I can access both NAS for administration via their IP adresses providing I am local. I have no remote access due to the malfunctioning of the Readycloud app and portal. I did not upgrade the 202. It remains visible and accessible correctly in the Readycloud app and the portal. It connects correctly via VPN when I acces it remotely and connects correctly when I am local. That's about as clear a description of what has happened as I can give you. Something happened (I have no idea of what it might be) during the upgrade to 6.5.1 as evidenced by the non-upgraded 202 still operating correctly in every way. Cheers and thanks - PeterM

Exactly the same thing happened to me after u/g to 6.5.1 on my two nases 314 and 102. PC client is 1.13. On my Android the readycloud app connects properly. So something with pc client 1.13 vs nas 6.5.1 i suppose. Please advice.

The PC Client I have (ReadyCloud app) is version 1.12 and attempts to upgrade under Settings indicate it is the latest version. It malfunctions by indicating my two 102's are Offline on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 clients. I still have this problem and no fix available for it yet.
