I'd like an answer to this too. The documentation is vague.
I've recently purchased a NetGear GS110T in ordet to make sure it's ultimately compatible with the new ReadyNAS Pro6 and Pro4 we aquired.
I set up the ReadyNAS Pro to use 802.3ad and LACP teaming, with a hash option of layer 2, the default.
After a day the ReadyNAS Pro drops off the network and my Hyper-V and fileserver boxes go balls up.
Should we switch it to Layer 3+4 for the hash option? It looks to be required.
In the GS110T there is no way to set an associated hash option.
Please confirm.
