You must have dropped the last digit from the firmware - can you retype?
Did you already have a folder open in the NAS? Or have a drive letter mapped?
Try going into the windows search bar, and enter
That will open a black text box. Select it, and enter the following at the prompt:
That should map the C volume to the Z drive letter. If there are no errors, click on "computer" and see if Z appears.

net use z: \\10.0.3.21\C /user:adminThen enter the NAS admin password at the prompt.
That should map the C volume to the Z drive letter. If there are no errors, click on "computer" and see if Z appears.
