ReadyNAS Pro 2 Can't Access C:\ Drive

Try setting the folder options so you can see hidden and protected operating system files.
(Open "folder options" in the control panel, then click on the "View" tab).
Put the defaults back when you are done (at least the system file setting).
I don't use replicate myself, so if that doesn't help find the files you may need another user to chime in.
