I'm using the IP address on the front of the ReadyNAS, which matches that shown in RaidAR.
Any other suggestions?
Cheers.

Yes.
But that will only work if that IP address is on your subnet. For example, if the address is 192.168.168.168, and your router assigns IP addresses 192.168.0.x or 192.168.1.x, then you won't be able to connect with that address.
These IP addresses are safe to post (they are local, and can't be used to reach your NAS over the internet). Perhaps post the IP address of your PC and what you see on the NAS LCD screen.

OK.
PC is 192.168.0.49, NAS in 192.168.0.18, so I guess that's acceptable?
Thanks.

Yes. Have you tried pinging the NAS? With Windows, you'd run CMD (enter it on the windows search bar), and enter
ping 192.168.0.18
If that works, try browsing directly to https://192.168.0.18/admin
Are you able to access the shares?

Thanks.
Ping works fine, but browsing to 192.168.0.18/admin results in :
This site can’t be reached
192.168.0.18 refused to connect.
