ReadyNAS Ultra not visible in raidar 6.3 and readycloud
Hi All,
I have a readynas Nvx and unable to view the web interface. And also I've tried to find the device in Raidar 6.3, it says it didn't find any devices. But I'm able to use the files. So I've done a factory reset to get the web interface. Nas is connected to Lan and it got an ip address but still it is not visible by either Raidar or ready cloud. The LCD display shows ipaddress and Resync and resync is at 40% for now. What am i doing wrong and is there any other way to view the web interface.All it shows is shares and password.

Try https://nas-ip-address/admin (using the real NAS IP address of course).
It looks to me like you are leaving the /admin out - by default the NAS will redirect to https://nas-ip-address/shares

Are you runing OS6.x or the original 4.2.x on your Ultra? OS 4.2.x does not have ReadyCloud access.

You are a lifesaver. I called the tech support to get the web interface and they ended up restoring the device to factory default and told me to post in the community.
