ReadyNAS pro 6 on 6.9.3 freezing after boot

I ran WD Data LifeGuard and all drives pass the SMART and quick tests
Did you check OS partition fullness with ssh (df -h)? Use df -i to check inode usage as well.
I was able to get in with SSH once fast enough before the NAS froze and OS fullness was aroung 46%. Really scratching my head on what the issue is maybe an app is locking it up, is there anyway to disable them without frontview/SSH access?
46% is fuller than usual, but not dangerously full. What apps do you have installed?
I managed to turn off everything but PHP, PHPMyAdmin and Python. Otherwise I have MySQLServer, SickRage, CouchPotato. SABNzb, Transmission, and a few others installed (but I don't use the unlisted ones often).
