ReadyNAS RN316 + Seagate ST3000DM001

Same thing happened, I zeroed out the drive and put it into the ReadyNAS and without pressing anything on the unit it wanted to do a Factory Reset anyway.
I haven't tried seatools yet, I don't run windows so I would have to put it on my bootable FreeDOS.
