ReadyNAS RND4000 won’t boot after shutting down for days...

Happy New Year!
My ReadyNAS RND4000 has been working fine for years (four 2TB drivers with X-RAID sync settings). However, I shutdown it before I left for vacation, came back and it does not boot properly:

After pushing power button, Disk 1 LED slow blinking for 5 times, and then all LEDs(Disk 1 -4, ACT, POWER) fast blinking 3 times.

The same blinking pattern repeats constantly and never ends.

I also tried power up after removing all four driver, and got totally same issue.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

      Thank you for quick reply.
RAIDar was not able to detect active ReadyNAS divice, and it's also not listed in my router's LAN Active Client list. So I'm not able to access ReadyNAS admin page as well.

Try powering down the NAS, and removing the drives (labeling by slot).  Then boot the NAS diskless.  You should see no disks on the LCD panel.  RAIDar should also be able to see the NAS (and report diskless status).

If you have access to a windows PC, try connecting the drives to it (either with sata or a usb->sata adapter/dock).  Then test the disks with vendor tools (seatools for seagate, lifeguard for western digital).  Obviously don't initialize or format the drives in Windows - the tools should be able to see the drives and test them, even though Windows doesn't understand the disk format.
