The resync should complete with 12 hours, but the estimated times are often very far off. But it should be done by now.
Not sure of the precise format of "Raw Read Error Rate" but I'd like it better if it were 0. I have a couple of drives with non-zero values, but none as high as 43. Is this the value that concerns you?
