Yes thanks... but first... I am giving another "Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows (by WD)" threatment to the second drive.
Then I will swap them and see how it will perform.
Just for fun I have anabled Jumbo both on the NAS and on the controller (called Jumbo 9K) but performances dropped to 10 MB/s.....
