ReadyNAS Ultra 2 Volume C offline, 100 % used

Hi there,

My NAS is no longer reachable. When I use RAIDar it says Volume C is offline and 100% used which is not correct. The IP address has been changed to 192.168.168.168 and doesn't listen to the router DHCP. I changed my PC to 192.168.168.29 and could reach the NAS. I changed to static IP address 192.168.1.64 as it was before. I still have the same problem that I can't reach the disc. What can I do solve the problem?

Start by downloading the log zip file from the admin web ui, and look for errors in there.

You can ask the mods to analyze the log zip for you by

    • uploading the full log zip to cloud storage (google drive, dropbox, etc)
    • send a private message (PM) to one of the mods ( JohnCM_S , Marc_V ) using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.
    • include a download link to the log zip in your PM, along with a link to this forum thread.

Don't post the log zip publicly.

      Logfile attached.

From the januari 3rd something has been wrong with the NAS.

Some translations of the log file:

Jan 3 2021 - Det gick inte att köra volymsökningen ordentligt - The volume search could not be run properly.

Sökvägarna till utdelningarna nedan hittades inte. - The paths to the shares below were not found.

Det beror vanligen på att Readynas inte har åtkomst till datavolymen. - This is usually because Readynas does not have access to the data volume.

    Welcome to the Community!

If the Data or OS Volume reached 100% cap then it certainly is the reason why your NAS behaved like that.

Were you able to download logs so we can confirm or check if there are other issues?
