ReadyNas Ultra 4 losing connectivity

I have a ReadyNas Ultra 4 that I have been running without problems for a year or two. All of a sudden it has started dropping network connectivity. I've restarted my switch (Netgear GS116) and router and changed cables and ports (on both the switch and ReadyNas). None of this changed what I've been experiencing. As would be expected, it will show up on Raidar for a bit and then not be found, I can SSH in sometimes but the connection is always terminated fairly rapidly. Same goes with Frontview. I can't keep a stable connection long enough to be able to update the firmware to 4.2.24 (currently running 4.2.22).

The syslog seems to reflect this, but I can't determine what the ultimate cause is. It repeats something similar to this snippet almost constantly. I should note I hadn't made any changes to anything on my network within the last week.

Any ideas? I do have some add-ons installed, but again nothing that I have changed in the timeframe that this started happening.
