Not quite. The response you got indicates that MTU is less than 9001. You need to lower the buffer size (number after the -l) until the "packet needs..." message disappears. The response you want starts with "Reply from..."
Try 8972 first. If that also gives the "packet needs..." response then hunt for the biggest buffer size that gives you a normal "reply from" response. Start with even thousands, then shift to 100s, tens, etc.
