ReadyNAS Ultra 4 Plus Jumbo Frame Issue
I am having trouble with jumbo frames with my ReadyNAS Ultra 4+. My setup is as follows. Both My Computer and ReadyNAS goes to the TRENDNET S80G. The TRENDNET S80G supports JF up to 9k MTU. So I ...

Thanks Gents for both your replies,
I cant get a reply on any ranges, the only time I get a response is under 1500 all the way down to 1. For example I tried 4000 and I get a time out, but if I move it into the 8800 range and above I get the, "Packet Needs to be ..." response. I even got as high as 9014 before I get a time out.
I'm feeling like this may never work at all, I mention further above that my DUO did this perfectly with all my excising hardware, but the Ultra doesn't.
If there is a issue with the Ultra I can accept that and I will be more than happy to wait for a firmware upgrade to resolve the issue, there is no rush to get this resolved. I just would like some reassurance that its being worked on.
I don't know what else to say and i have run out of suggestion, all I can do is provide the facts and hope that some one with a better understanding of JF (MTU) can help so hear goes;
I have the following kit:
Readynas Ultra 4 plus
PROSAFE 8-PORT GIGABIT SMART SWITCH GS108T - witch supports JF but doesn't make reference tot he size of the frames
P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 - Motherboard - Brand spanking new! (previously I had a Asus P5E3 Deluxe) and this also worked as did my new MB with the JF on on my Duo.
Thanks guys for the help again :D
