ReadyNas Ultra 4 stuck on booting

It was, I suspect, just some corruption on the flash OS.

Hi,
It would be nice to know how this was solved. :) My Readynas Ultra 4 is aso stuck.
I had to power it off after it stopped responding in the midde of file transfer.
After power on I could access the files but not Frontview.
RAIDar finds it tech support mode.
Tried to boot in OS reinstall boot mode and it hangs for 24 hours.
Tried Factory Default and it also hangs during Firmware install, X-Raid2 Mode.
How can i completly reset this thing?

What happens if you power down, remove the drives (labeling them by slot) and then put in a scratch drive (unformatted), and power up?

Thanks for the reply. In my case it seemed to be a bad RAM.
Replaced the memory, and now i'm back on track. :)
