Than you very much for the reply.
It worked with disk 1 removed. It booted properly and I could reattach disk 1.
Another problem is that I can’t install any applications since a while. Restore the settings could help, but the data is away then…
Any idea?
Excuse my English - I’m from Germany

Have you checked for a full root partition?
What have you tried to install?
- schwalbenbengelNov 26, 2021AspirantWhat does full root partition mean?
The installed drives are more ore less empty?
How can I see how full the root partition is?
I tried for example to install the plex server application.- StephenBNov 26, 2021Guru - Experienced User

What does full root partition mean?The NAS boots from the disks, and there is a small OS partition (also called the root partition) on the drives. That can get full.
One way to check it is to download the log zip file, and look in volume.log Scroll down to this section:
=== df -h === Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on udev 10M 4.0K 10M 1% /dev /dev/md0 4.0G 1.1G 2.7G 30% / tmpfs 1.9G 0 1.9G 0% /dev/shm
/dev/md0 is the OS partition.

Looks pretty good I think:
=== df -h ===
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
udev 10M 4.0K 10M 1% /dev
/dev/md0 4.0G 1.4G 2.3G 38% /
tmpfs 2.0G 0 2.0G 0% /dev/shm
tmpfs 2.0G 5.7M 2.0G 1% /run
tmpfs 987M 8.7M 978M 1% /run/lock
tmpfs 2.0G 0 2.0G 0% /sys/fs/cgroup
/dev/md127 15T 3.6T 11T 25% /VolumeI tried several applications.
"Available Applications" section.
And also directly downloaded it from Plex.tv
