The problem is that tech support is handling this like an individual configuration issue. It is very clear that the Premiere and Elite have an issue with Archiving (the KUID error). I have asked my support person multiple times if this is a confirmed issue and do not get a response. "Have you tested this with either a Premiere or Elite?".....no response.
Again, my situation, both Series 3 Tivos archive just fine....the Elite doesn't.
