ReadyNAS102 USB3 ports broken?
i'm trying to connect an external usb 3.0 hdd to my new readynas and there appears to be a problem with the rear usb 3.0 ports
after doing some testing it seems that network write speeds are around ~70MB/s, writes from the external drive on the front USB2.0 port are ~29MB/s, and writes from the external drive on the rear USB 3.0 ports are <1MB/s (sometimes 0.1MB/s even).
Is this a known issue?

Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
Logs sent.
Just finished another test transferring 3GB.
Using copy/paste it took 65 seconds (47MB/s)
Using a backup job took 5 hours (0.17MB/s)
more testing reveals this issue only affects backups
copying a folder from the usb drive share and pasting it to an internal NAS share using the nas admin page gives 45MB/s write speeds from the USB3 port
