We have a NAS 4bay in that NAS 1 HDD got failed. so now we are not able to get the data from NAS
Can help us to get back the data from this NAS i have attached the screenshots also

You'd need to download the full log zip file from the logs page, and then upload it to cloud storage. Send me a link via private message (PM), making sure the permissions are set so anyone with the link can download. You send a PM using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page. Don't post the link publicly, as there is some privacy leakage when you do that.
