ReadyNAS3200 Backup Job Failure

I would suggest using NFS rather than Windows/NAS (Timestamp). ReadyNAS units are Linux boxes so why not use a native Linux protocol for backups? You would need to enable NFS on NAS2 under Services > Standard File Protocols and under Shares > Share Listing > FromNAS1 > NFS.
