Yes. I specified "df ." because we were only interested in the OS partition. 21% used is great, it rules out a full OS partition as the case of the slowdown.

Though a full data volume (e.g., C) can slow down performance. You can check that utilization with frontview, it is on the home page and also the volume settings page.
