Registering my READYNAS 424
Have been trying to register my RN424 but keep getting the error "Something went wrong - try again".
Would like a phone number to call to get this resolved.

We have fixed your myNETGEAR account. We have registered your RN424 as well. Please check if your RN424 appears as a registered device on your myNETGEAR portal.

You may send to me the NAS serial number and also the email address that you are using for your myNETGEAR account via PM (private message). We will check why you are not able to register the device.
