Like Nhellie mentioned ReadyCLOUD covers pretty much all points you asked for. By using ReadyCLOUD you can allow remote access to specific shares while eliminating the need to use port forwarding or to have knowledge of your current IP address. Different ReadyCLOUD user can have access to a different set of shares if you wish.
If you follow all three links within the link of the previous post then you should be all set. Once you have logged-in to the ReadyCLOUD website you can also download the ReadyCLOUD App. Using the App give you the normal share access plus the ability to automatically synchronise and backup folders of you PC / Mac client with the ReadyNAS.
