Replacing all 4 drives - ReadyNAS 2100
I want to replace all 4x 1TB drives in my ReadyNAS 2100 with 4x 3TB WD RED WD30EFRX - which according to the compatibility chart should work. I don't need any data to be saved and want to recreate a b...
I would like to give you my suggestion for troubleshooting:
--upgrade firmware with old drive in the unit,this step is to make sure the image in flash rom is good
--put all 3Tb drives in unit then factory reset unit
--if above step fails,put only one 3TB drive in the unit and do formatting once again.
