Hello mgdm,
Since I never changed the password, the only one I tried was the admin one.
To reinstall the OS I guess I have to backup everything and manually install the last version of the OS ?
Is this still the way to go ?

So for what you want to do you, you should:
1. Backup all data (you should do this regularly anyway)
2. Verify Backup is good
3. Do a System > Config Backup (if you wish to backup the config)
4. Factory default: http://www.readynas.com/forum/faq.php#How_do_I_reset_the_ReadyNAS_to_factory_default%3F
5. Restore config backup (if you wish to restore the config)
6. Restore data from backup
Is this still the way to go ?
