Restore apps from backup
Hi Everyone, Running into a bit of an issue. I was having some performance issues with my RN102 (OS 6.6.1), so I decided a factory reset was in order. I backed up the entire /data volume, as well...

Can't seem to fine the /data/.apps folder on the backup drive, even with hidden files/folders viewable.
So I guess it's time to start the process of reinstalling, and hopefully the configs will be restored.

Did you start with \\nas-ip-address\data and use admin credentials?

I'm trying that now, but it can't seem to find the .apps folder. EDIT: but either way, the .apps folder didn't get backed up, so it looks like I have to reinstall.
The bigger issue: when I go to the admin page, there's nothing under "available apps", and I'm unable to install apps from .deb files.

Update: Renistalled OS, now "Available apps" are there. Trying to install now.
Update 2: Still can't install from .deb file, and when I try to install from "available apps", the admin page refreshes itself, and I get a "Cannot install application" email alert. Also not seeing Plex as an available app.
Any ideas?

Have you tried installing the .deb file using a different web browser?
