Without any clue to solve my problem I finaly manage to do a factory reset from the boot menu.
I follow the informations from http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22892 and everything seems fine.
I will think twice before applying the next firmware upgrade, it's a lot of work to get the device working normally :-(
Do we have rollback option? I don't think so. Going off for vacation. Will have to contact support once I'm back. Will update you guys once I check with them. If you guys get any solution please keep us posted.
