RN102: shares available, web admin not accessible
I can't see any of my existing shares through the Admin browser interface but I can see them through Windows 10 File Explorer Network. The Admin UI states the correct free space and occupied space on the drive but there are now no shares visible under any of the two user accounts (including Admin). The defaults were available and used previously i.e. music, videos etc and have been stable for many months.
Plex also sees the videos content without problem but although Sonos sees the Music conten, it throws an error saying the share doesn't exist. Windows will play music from the share without issue using media player or VLC.
Is there a way of getting the shares visible in the Admin UI, failing that is it feasible to drag and drop from Windows File Exploerer the content back to new shares on the NAS? How would I create new default NAS shares?

As an aside, I have a full backup of the NAS content on a portable 4TB USB drive. Is this going to be a case of factory reseting the NAS and restoring the backup, thus starting again?

I also note it's lost it's backup job entries :-(

Since you have a full backup, I suggest doing the factory reset and restoring the NAS.
Painful, but that the safest way to know that you've gotten these issues completely resolved.
