RN104 cannot update to 6.4 and device is offline message

Question

Hi!&nbsp;I have a Readynas 104 with four 4tb drives. Latest firmware version is 6.2.5. I´ve been getting the update to 6.4 version for a while, but there´s some kind of bug which does not allow me to update the nas.&nbsp;Anyway, I´ve been also trying to access the NAS via web browser, but I keep getting the&nbsp;"device is offline"&nbsp;message. I can access to my files with the windows explorer and other devices connected to my network, but no luck trying to access it through chrome.&nbsp;Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'd suggest avoiding 6.4.0 at this point and waiting for 6.4.1 to be released. &nbsp;You still might need the USB recovery process, so be prepared for that.

On the browser - I am guessing that accessing https://nas/admin is working, since you are seeing the updates. &nbsp;Am I wrong about that?

I used to get the firmware updates before, but as I stated in my previous posts, I cannot &nbsp;access to my NAS via my browser anymore:&nbsp;

What status is RAIDar giving you?

You might want to contact support (even if there is a charge).

RAIDar says everything´s ok, but if I click on the admin´s page button, I still get the same offline message on my browser.

Have you tried rebooting your NAS?Do you have a backup of your data?
