RN104 ERR: Could not mount boot flash #24323690

The link to the SPARC version was simply in hopes of figuring out the procedure to get the RN104 to boot from the USB.
I tried contacting support and was kindly given the cold shoulder because my NAS is more than 90 days old. I simply asked for the USB Boot Recovery procedure.
Hopefully someone else has had to do the USB Recovery procedure on an RN104 and can help me out?
